Terms of Sale: UK Small Claims Court Pack

Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms apply to the purchase of the UK Small Claims Court Pack (the "Pack") from smallclaimscourthelp.co.uk. They do not apply to sponsored or featured listings, which have separate terms.

1. Who we are

The Pack is sold by Noverquis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17521667, registered office 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB ("we", "us"). Contact: support@smallclaimscourthelp.co.uk.

Noverquis Ltd is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board or any other legal regulator. We do not give legal advice.

2. What you are buying

The Pack is a set of downloadable documents: templates and guidance for bringing a money claim of £10,000 or less in the County Court of England and Wales, as described on the product page. It is digital content supplied by download. The files are supplied as [FILE FORMAT(S), for example PDF and DOCX] documents that open on ordinary devices using standard reader or word-processing software. They carry no technical protection that limits how you use them on your own devices.

The Pack is self-help information, not legal advice. It states the law as we checked it on 30 October 2026. Court rules, forms, fees and deadlines change. You are responsible for checking the current position on GOV.UK and in the court's notices before you act. We do not promise to send updates. We do not promise any particular result from using the Pack.

3. Price, VAT and payment

The price is £29.00. It is the full price payable. No VAT is charged because Noverquis Ltd is not registered for VAT. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you the order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

After payment you are taken to a download page and sent a confirmation email with your download link. Delivery is immediate. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us at support@smallclaimscourthelp.co.uk and we will send it again.

5. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer (mainly for personal, non-business purposes), you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For digital content that is not on a tangible medium, you lose that right once supply has begun, if you have given prior express consent to supply starting during the 14 days and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel (regulation 37).

At checkout you are asked to give that consent and acknowledgement by ticking a box. If you tick it, then once we make the download available to you, you will not have a right to cancel. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in your order confirmation email. If you do not give consent and acknowledgement, we cannot supply the Pack immediately.

6. Faulty, missing or misdescribed content, and refunds

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose you made known, and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

If a file is missing, will not open, is corrupted, or does not match the description on the product page, tell us at support@smallclaimscourthelp.co.uk within a reasonable time. We will repair or replace the file, and if we cannot, we will refund the price. Refunds are made to the card used within 14 days of agreeing you are entitled to one.

Beyond your legal rights, we do not offer a refund because you disagree with the law, changed your mind after downloading, or lost or did not win a case.

7. Business buyers

If you buy for the purposes of your trade, business or profession, you are not a consumer, and sections 5 and 6 (cancellation right and statutory consumer remedies) do not apply to you. We will still replace a faulty or missing file or refund the price if we cannot.

8. Licence and use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pack for your own claims (or, if you buy for a business, your business's own claims). You may adapt the templates for your own use. You must not resell, share, publish or distribute the Pack or any part of it, or allow others to download it. We keep the copyright in the Pack.

9. Not legal advice; your responsibility

The Pack cannot take account of your own facts. It is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor or other adviser, especially where your claim is complex, high-value, near a time limit or involves a counterclaim. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in court documents, for meeting every deadline in the court's orders, and for checking the current official forms.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for the outcome of any claim you bring using the Pack. If you are a business buyer, we are also not liable for loss of profit or business losses, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Pack is limited to the price you paid (£29.00). Nothing in this clause limits the remedies you have as a consumer for faulty, missing or misdescribed digital content.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy, email support@smallclaimscourthelp.co.uk with your order reference and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to give a full reply within 28 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can seek free advice from Citizens Advice. You can also use the courts (section 13). We are not required to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, but we will consider any proposal for mediation.

12. Personal data

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a business buyer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes and entire agreement

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you order apply to your order. These terms, the product page and your order confirmation are the whole agreement between us about the Pack.
